•Barrick reported net earnings attributable to equity holders of Barrick ("net earnings") of $175 million ($0.15 per share), and adjusted net earnings of $278 million ($0.24 per share), for the third quarter.
•The Company reported revenues of $2.30 billion in the third quarter, and net cash provided by operating activities ("operating cash flow") was $951 million. Barrick generated $674 million in free cash flow in the third quarter.
•Gold production in the third quarter was 1.38 million ounces, at a cost of sales applicable to gold of $766 per ounce, and all-in sustaining costs3 of $704 per ounce.
•We have increased our gold production guidance for 2016 to 5.25-5.55 million ounces, up from our original range of 5.00-5.50 million ounces.
•Cost of sales applicable to gold is expected to be $800-$850 per ounce for the full year. We have reduced our 2016 all-in sustaining cost guidance to $740-$775 per ounce, marking three consecutive quarters of improved full-year cost guidance.
