The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Newmarket Gold Inc. has completed its acquisition of Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. According to the TSX, in connection with the acquisition, the company has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-2.1053-old basis and changed its name to Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd., effective at the open on Dec. 6, 2016. The new symbol is KL and the new Cusip number is 49741E 10 0.
