Cascabel - Latest Results from Angry Geologist II


More assays have been released. Hole 15R2 extends Alpala mineralized zone by 100m at depth, and 100m to the north and northeast. It returned assays over 1338m (true width 803m) grading 0.49% copper and 0.36 g/t gold (for 0.81% CuEq) from a depth of 394m. The 'officially bad' (tm) Angry Geologist contained metal calculations.

Contained Cu from 2.1 to 2.3mt, contained Au from 5.2 moz to 6.1 moz.

In other news Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. (CGP.v) has agreed to acquire an additional 91,943,914 ordinary shares of SolGold PLC from multiple parties in exchange for 140,957,200 common shares of Cornerstone. Today (July 5) CGP.v announced a 5th rig has been mobilized to the site. Rig 6 is scheduled for later this month.

SolGold Plc owns 85% of the equity of Exploraciones Novomining S.A. ("ENSA"), an Ecuadorean company that holds 100% of the Cascabel concession. Cornerstone owns the remaining 15%. SolGold is funding 100% of the exploration at Cascabel and is the operator of the project. Cornerstone's 15% interest is financed through completion of a feasibility study.
